SKinPen How it Works
SkinPen® is the most technologically advanced skin remodelling device. It is a microneedling device that triggers the natural wound-healing process of your skin to treat acne scars and h help improve fine lines & wrinkles, surgical scars, stretch marks and enlarged pores. It is also found helpful in improving the cosmetic appearance of pigmentations conditions by returning the skin to a more normal pigmentation activity.
Thanks to the patented intuitive speed control technology for the optimal treatment of varying skin thickness. It is validated to maintain 7000RPM(+/- 70RPM) despite skin thickness and is hassle free with no manual speed adjustments required. It runs at optimal power regardless of the level of battery charge remaining. It has LED smart technology for optimal performance. It is also the only ultrasonically sealed hand piece available on the market. Following the treatment your skin will start to naturally regenerate and repair itself, working below the surface in the dermis. This will take some time as new collagen is formed, new cells are regenerated and the dermis layered rejuvenated. It can take up to 6 weeks before you see signs of this regeneration and repair, although the process will continue to work over the following months, leaving you with natural, long lasting results. A course of 3 -6 treatments are recommended 4 weeks apart.

The Result
Immediately after the procedure you will look as though you have moderate sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. This starts to subside after one to two hours and will return to normal within 24-36 hours. For the first 24hours only the Lift HG Glide Gel should be applied. 24 hours later the Rescue Calming Complex and SPF should be applied. After the Rescue Calming Complex is finished you can resume with your AlumierMD/DMK or Environ Skincare. Results will continue to be achieved approximately 6 months after the last treatment.
